Adds src/ (scripts, raw measurement logs, derived data, report source), tests/, LICENSE (MIT, code) and LICENSE-DATA.md (CC BY 4.0 for the survey's data; third-party terms). # Data licences

The measurements made for this survey and the data derived from them are

licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence
|
|
(https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/), except for the third-party
|
|
portions listed below. This covers:
|
|
|

- `src/data/` (Globalping results, Vultr and residential logs, routes, fits,
|
|
network attribution);
|
|
- `cable_latency_survey_data.json`, `cable_latency_survey_data_v2.json`;
|
|
- `cable_latency_survey_report.html` and `src/site/index.html`.
